Business Sale

This feature shows listing of Business for sale or for franchise.  The listing contains information on the features and profile of the business and it also details the requirements to acquire the business.

Commercial Sale

This feature shows listing of Properties on sale for commercial purposes.  This includes Business Space on Malls or Buildings that will be sold for commercial business.

Commercial Rent

Like the Commercial Sale, this feature shows listings of Commercial properties for rent

Classified Listing

1. Log in to your account
2. Under the My Real Estate List at the lower left of the page, click on Post My Properties link
3. Choose option “For Sale” or “For Rent” listing then click next
4. Accept terms of agreement then click next
5. Choose a contact person then click next
6. Complete Property Information then click next (make sure you provide the correct data)
7. Upload Photos of property then click next
8. Review property information you input.  If you have no more changes click next
9. Choose payment terms for listing then click next
10. Review payment term you chose.
11. If you have no more changes Check Out with PayPal (Click on the PayPal button)

Auction

1. For properties posted for auction, you can set the auction information during the entry of property details.
2. Enter the Auction Date Time: Date and time the Auction will begin
3. Enter the Closing date: Can be pre registration or walk in registration
4. Auction address:  Commonly the Auction is done in the property for auction.

Search

In the Real Estate Page, you can specify details into the search property box located on the left side of the page.

To narrow down search results you can choose advanced search.
